SHIPPING POLICY

At Quinra, we ship to customers worldwide. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our delivery process and your responsibilities as a customer.

Delivery Times

For worldwide orders, processing may take 7–15 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please note: While we make every effort to deliver packages within the estimated timeframe, the actual delivery date may be affected by factors such as flight schedules, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other external variables. For the most accurate delivery updates, please refer to the tracking link provided.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, including:

  • Order confirmation number
  • Tracking number
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Carrier information

Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days (worldwide)
  • Express Shipping: Available for select countries (3-7 business days)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure timely delivery and proper handling of your package, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

This includes:

  • Correct abbreviations
  • Accurate street numbers
  • Building or apartment numbers
  • Any necessary route or delivery information
  • Correct postal/zip code
  • Valid phone number for delivery contact

💡 Tip: Please double-check your address details before finalizing your order. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.
  • Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts when the address provided at checkout was accurate and delivery was attempted as scheduled.
  • Packages returned to sender due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address information.
  • Additional shipping fees required to resend packages that were returned due to customer error.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click the tracking link or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance procedures in your country
  • Some countries may have restrictions on certain products
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Important: Please check your country's customs regulations before placing an order. Any additional fees charged by customs are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged:

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office. Contact us within 7 days if the package cannot be located.
  • Damaged packages: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the package or items are damaged, take photos and contact us within 3 days at support@quinra.com

Out of Stock Items

Please note: In the event of a change in order status, such as an item being out of stock, we strive to promptly notify you via email. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If we do not anticipate restocking the item, we will cancel it from your order. Rest assured, if you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for the canceled item, including any associated taxes or shipping fees.

Undeliverable Packages

Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed package
  • Failed delivery attempts

Will be subject to a restocking fee and/or additional shipping charges for reshipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.

Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically make multiple delivery attempts. If you're not available to receive your package:

  • The carrier will leave a notice with pickup instructions
  • You may need to pick up your package from a local facility
  • Packages not claimed within the carrier's holding period will be returned to sender

Holiday Shipping

During holiday seasons, shipping carriers experience high volumes which may result in delays. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. Please note that delivery time estimates do not apply during peak holiday periods.
